If anyone has a recipe for Russian dressing, I would really like to have it. I would like to use it for Rueben Sandwiches. I've used Thousand Island but it always reminds me of seafood instead of corned beef
This one seems to be pretty well liked: Russian Dressing (http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Russian-Style-Creamy-Salad-Dressing/Detail.aspx)

I use equal amounts of ketchup and mayo then add the same amount of sweet relish-drained first, to that mayo/ketchup mix.
(it tastes better the next day and lasts about 1 week, refridgerated)

Cali that sounds great but isn't it more of a 1000 island dressing?

We make Reubens home often. There's only one brand of Russian dressing we like but I can't think of it......
OH, I GOT IT! Kraft Thousand Island Dressing is what we use.
