HR875-Threat to farmers markets, CSAs and family farms? Backyard gardens,even?

I don't know how much of this is fear mongering but a lot of organizations are alarmed and perceive a huge threat to family and organic farms. Is this a real threat or just fear mongering?

I'm looking for links that present HR875 in a favorable light in order to compare. Either I'm just not entering in the correct verbage for these links or they don't exist. I read a portion of the bill and the stated purposes seem all well and good but then this definition is troubling FOOD PRODUCTION FACILITY- The term ‘food production facility’ means any farm, ranch, orchard, vineyard, aquaculture facility, or confined animal-feeding operation.CommentsClose CommentsPermalink The full bill can be viewed in my first link.
