Dang Joe, I can't do hotter than 500. I didn't know it went that high, or there were so many kinds. And police & regular pepper spray-I can't believe how bad that stuff is!

I've eaten all of the peppers even the Bhut Jolokia chili which is supposed to be the hottest natural pepper. I can handle Habaneros and Scotch Bonnet (to me the same pepper by different names) but the Bhut Jolokia will blister you almost on touch. They are really hell hot. However when you cook them they do add some great flavor and lose some of the heat pretty much like the Habanero does. I've also had several other hot peppers while in Asia and the East that are a bit hotter than Habaneros but have no idea what they are called as they have so many different species of them.
