I was about to say that I could get something almost exactly like that at Atwoods, but then I realized how small the thing is!

on the upright cooking chamber you could cook 2 abt's..lol
and a couple of good sized sausages on the main chamber...
i really gotta build one of these..lol
going to a friends "scrap" heap for my other project, i may pick up some pipe for this new project...lmao

Perfect, a couple of ABT's, a chicken leg, some sides.... ready set go! LOL. OK I admit for me I would need four of em going at once.
Hey, you could make one just big enough for a bachelor with a small balcony... bet it would sell real good! Maybe able to cook to pieces of meat at once in the main chamber and 1/2 dozen wings in the upright between the two shelves... with the small amount of wood and coals needed it would be pretty handy to have!
And who knows, maybe some chick who lives in nearby will smell the smokin meat and stop by!

That's little? LOL you shoulda seen the balcony we had at our apartment in Palatine. Just room for two small chairs and a table top BBQer. Something along the lines of this little smoker would have been great! Maybe one just big enough for a chicken tops!

i believe that is made out of an oxygen tank but we plan on making some out of 20lb propane tanks and 100lb tanks..
enough for a whole beer can chicken or a pork butt
his firebox dimentions are i believe 12"x12"x12"

See that would work. At a lot of these apartments you get outside spaces that are about 6' x 6', 6' x 5', or 5' by 7'. Small and compact is good if you want to BBQ and smoke. Double duty is even better, LOL!

That is a sweet little grill. One question. The site talks about this being great for tail gating. But how does one take this tailgating when it is bolted to a concrete slab?
