1 1/4 c sugar
1/3 c flour
pinch of salt
1 c boiling water
1 tsp butter
3 egg yolks
juice of 2 lemons
cooked pie crust
Mix sugar, flour and salt. Add boiling water. Add butter, egg yolks and juice. Cook until thick. Pour into pie crust.
