i knew i had some more recipes for endive around on this computer..lol
1 cup chopped cooked chicken breast. you can use the stuff from the pkg as well
2 scallions, sliced
1 tsp. grated fresh gingerroot
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/4 cup whipped dressing
15 endive leaves
1/3 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
in a bowl mix all the stuff together
take a tablespoon of the chicken mixture and put onto endive, top with 1 tsp cranberries
serve these now or put in your icebox until ready to use..up to one hour total time.
