Are you cooking out over the Memorial Day weekend?

We are. It's a tradition. We'll have 20 to 30 family and friends and cook out good ole hamburgers and hot dogs with side dishes brought by everyone to share with all. Always a good time. I'm looking forward to it.

Tomorrow will go to a bbq dinner at a freinds. then we're off to the observatory. It's pretty cool!

We're traveling this weekend. We're in a motel close to our new property (http://www.theslagles.net/retirement_home.htm) in southern Virginia, leaving in a few minutes for a fast trip to Greensboro NC to visit Replacements LTD (http://www.replacements.com/). All kinds of china, crystal and silverware.

Will be having dinner tonight with some of the new neighbors and working out a deal with an adjacent property owner on sharing costs of a common fence.
