1/2 cup butter
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced (I use a mixture of different kinds)
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can beef consommé (10.5 oz)
1 T. lemon juice
4 oz. medium noodles
Melt butter. Add mushrooms, onion, almonds and garlic. Cook 10 minutes over low heat. Add remaining ingredients and cook until noodles are tender, about 10 minutes. This is great with roast and steak.
