Teriyaki Taters

Ingredients~

* 1 1/2 pounds new potatoes (about 15 to 18)
* 2 tablespoons vegetable broth
* 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
* Dash of ground black pepper
* Dash of crushed red pepper flakes


Directions

1. Wash potatoes, and cut into quarters.
2. Place potatoes in a large microwave-safe dish.
3. Add vegetable broth, teriyaki sauce, garlic, oregano, pepper and red pepper flakes.
4. Toss to combine.
5. Cover; microwave on high for 11 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring twice during cooking.
6. Stir before serving.
