Mashed Turnips and Carrots

1 1/2 pounds carrots, peeled, sliced
2 turnips, peeled, sliced
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup frozen concentrated orange juice
2 tablespoons butter
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, ground

In a saucepan, cook carrots and turnips in boiling, salted water for 20 minutes, or
until tender; drain and mash with hand-held masher.
Stir in brown sugar, frozen concentrated orange juice (undiluted)
Dot with a bit more butter and Serve.​
