Tough question. Guess I like the main course ones (meats and chickens etc) but desserts are always good and you gots to have veggies. Like I said tough question. How about you sushi? What your favorite?

My favorite meal is a steak and a good baked potato. (cooked in an iron skillet) I guess the recipe part would be in the way the potato is prepared.

I like breads, because I started baking bread with my Grandma when I was 5. I like cookies, because I started cooking those when I was 5, with my Grandma, too.

I like beer recipes, because, well, I like good beer:brows: And, because it is liquid bread, and I baked bread with my Grandma... who enjoyed a good beer. Of course, Grandma enjoyed a good beer with a nice pickled pigs foot :eek:

I have never had a steak cooked indoors that was to my liking. Maybe that is because I never had on cooked in an iron skillet. :pat:

We usually cook the steaks on the grill unless we can't get to it because of the snow :yum:

We do the potatoes in the oven in the iron skillet. If you are cooking inside, things done in an iron skillet just seems to be better.
