Bacon makes everything better, especially mushrooms.
20-30 small Button Mushroom Caps, cleaned
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened
1 lb. bacon, cooked & chopped
Mix bacon & cream cheese together. Load mushroom caps with stuffing. The stuffing melts down a bit so pile it on. The small mushrooms taste better than the bigger ones.
Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until browned. Serve right away
*The stuffing is also great in jalapenos
