Since I only had one root, I cut the recipe in half, but next time, I will get 2! This is a nice, mild vegetable, with the consistency of a potato and a light flavor of celery. A lot of the celery root gratin recipes do use potato, but I wanted just the root.
My picture doesn't look as slick as the one in LA Times, but next time it will be prettier. I MEANT to sprinkle paprika, but forgot.
