Use 3 of the following 6 vegetables (or 1/2 pkg each)
1 pkg frozen artichoke hearts
1 pkg frozen cauliflower
1 pkg frozen Brussels sprouts
1 pkg frozen broccoli
1 pkg frozen green beans
1 pkg frozen carrots
Mix together:
1 sm can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 sm can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c chopped onion
1 c ccheddar cheese, shredded
Alternate vegetables in layers with cheese mixture. Over top of casserole power 1 can mushroom soup.
Bake at 450F until well heated
