1 package cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1\2 cup green olives
2 green onions, chopped
3-4 green tortilla wraps
1 cup shredded cheddar
Let cream cheese come to room temperature.
Beat cream cheese until smooth
Mix in 1 cup sour cream
add 1\2 cup olives
add 2 green onions, chopped
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over 3-4 tortilla's.
Stop 1 inch before edges to protect against spillage when rolling out.
Sprinkle cheddar over cream cheese.
Roll tortilla up tightly.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Cut into segments and serve!
