Ok I've gone to the Mexican store once again and I've purchased 3 more bags of hot peppers and mild peppers.

I've also purchased 2 ounces of Habenero ground Spice.

I know they're exactly not chiles but they will house the chiles :)

Ok, so whatcha gonna do with it???? Specially interested in the dry chilis... I got some myself but have not considered how to use them yet! So I'm hopin to learn from you!

I have the same stuff. I mixed the powder with mayo and lime juice and slathered it on tortillas and plopped shredded CHEEE-KON and tomatoes on it. I was out of cheese and avacado :neutral:

Grapefruit? I would have never even thought! How is it?
It's really freaking GOOOOOOOOOOOOOD.

It's like Jelly, Pico De Gallo, heat all combined to make this awesome salsa, it wasn't too chunky but it wasn't too smooth it has a right amount of both textures in it.
