Spinach Vegetable Dip

Ingredients:
1 10oz. package frozen spinach
1/2 cup green onion
2 Tablespoons dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups mayonnaise

Directions:
Drain thawed spinach. Chop green onions using the stem and bulb. Mix ingredients together. Be sure to use real mayonnaise. Serve with fresh vegetable such as carrots, cucumbers, celeray and cauliflower. May also be used as a chip dip. Prepare the dip as close to use as possible for better flavor.

I do basically the same thing using chopped, frozen spinach, but 1/2 mayo, 1/2 sour cream.
Yum!

I love spinach, but love sour cream more.
