Pina Colada Pie
1 can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz. frozen whipped topping
20 oz. can pineapple, undrained
1-1/2 cups shredded coconut
large bag vanilla wafers
Mix together all ingredients except vanilla wafers.
Line bottom of glass lasagna dish with wafers. Cover with half of mixture. Add a layer
of vanilla wafers. Cover with other half of mixture. Top with layer of vanilla wafers.
Cover and chill for 5 hours in refrigerator. Mixture will set up firm. Cut and serve.
