Awesome, dude. I'm going to have to try those. Are the peppers hot or mild. My "exit" doesn't tolerate hot foods so well any more.:sad:

From my experience with hot peppers, they're a little hotter then jalapeno's are, but damn are they tasty!

poblano's hotter than jalepenos?? not around here. Poblanos are very mild.
1000 to 1500 scoville units.

Jalapenos go from 2500 to 10,000 units.

Derek, couple of questions.

Did you fill the peppers with just shredded cheeses and partially cooked bacon?

Then pop them under the broiler?
