Dinner is generally my favorite meal. I get time to prepare it. I also get time to eat it! :biggrin: And.... if its good I get to look at myself in the mirror knowing I cooked it! :bb:

Anyhow, whether you cooked it or bought it prepared, what did YOU eat for Dinner?

This is what I had. Although I DID cook it. :tongue:

That would be cut up pork loin, pablano peppers, little HOT green peppers, red sweet peppers and onions. :thumb: I simmered it in a ginger, light soy and wine marinade. Oh and a piece of finely diced garlic. :w00t2:

My wife cooked.

dead cow (ny strip), garlic potatoes, english peas, corn and a glass of water. Then, brownie (no, not that kind :mrgreen:) and a glass of milk

Breaded baked chicken and mac and cheese- that's right no veggies for us last night :D

Im having a hamburger, made rare on the grill from the local pizza place. They have a GREAT Angus burger!! :w00t2: I got some fries too. :brows:

ummm burgers. Sounds good.

But tonight we had steak, baked potatoes, salad w/ sweet tea. And .... just like Jim the other day ...we had Browies for dessert. :thumb:

We always cook our steaks outside on the grill :thumb: :D

medium to medium rare ...in case that is what you were asking.

just a little past medium towards medium well.



Just minestrone soup tonight with crackers and cheddar cheese.

Don't know about desert yet. We're out of brownies :hide2:

I made beef brisket tonight with onions, tomatoes, celery, and small potatoes. I would have taken a picture but I was too hungry to remember. We also had hot fudge sundaes for dessert.
