Is there a good online place to buy aged Balsamic Vinegar? 15-20 years old?
Any brand suggestions?

Well, I found a couple of places around me but they were specialty joints. I wonder if Whole Foods grocery store has it. Do you have a Trader Joes or Whole Food Market around you?

No, none nearby, but I drive by them often. They seem to be popping up everywhere. I'll stop in and see.

I have no idea. I have one that is aged 35 years but it was a gift from a friend who lives in Modena, Italy - home of balsamic vinegar. I should think a good specialty store would carry it though. You might even try the Italian area where you live.

Linda, yup, that's what I am looking for. I've tried the Trader Joe's / Whole Foods route - nothing of the sort.

Put a drop of that ancient Balsamic on some Parmesan cheese. Try it!

Modena is great stuff. There are many balsimic vinegars that are worth a try. Do you use it just on salads?

Actually, not with salad at all. I put a drop or two on Parmesan cheese.

I have never had aged balsamic before, at least not that I know of. Always just buy the Paul Newman brand. Really good with salad and salsa.
