Cheese and Spinach combined and and rolled up in a lasagna noodle then covered with your favorite sauce!
6-8 Lasagna noodles
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 box (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1 egg
1 jar pasta sauce
salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning
Combine cheeses, spinach, egg, and seasoning to taste in large bowl.
Lay noodle out on flat surface and spread with 1/6 of cheese/spinach mixture. Roll noodle jelly-roll style and place in 13x9 pan seam side down.
Repeat with remaining noodles.
Pour sauce over top.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
