Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball
This is a recipe based on one from Taste of Home’s Quick Cooking Magazine.
Makes 16 Servings.

Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sweet butter (no substitutes), softened
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
graham crackers

In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add the confectioner's sugar and the brown sugar. Beat the mixture until combined and then, stir in chocolate chips. Cover the bowl with saran wrap or tin foil, and refrigerate for 2 hours.

To shape into a ball:

Place the cream cheese mixture on a large piece of saran wrap and using the wrap so as not to get your hands dirty, shape it into ball. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Just before serving the cream cheese ball, roll it in finely chopped pecans. Serve with graham crackers.
