I tried to be adventorous in my cooking last night. I marinaded some chicken in balsamic vinagrette. I also minced some garlic and added that along with some red onion chuncks. It was good, but not as good as I would have liked. Do you have any suggestions? I am not even sure what was missing, but something was. Almost like it needed to be breaded or something- any suggestions are appreciated! :respect:

How about a little olive oil and more garlic?

Thanks! What would I do with the olive oil?? And, what would I bread it in? Please forgive me~ I am really not much of a cook...

That was a feeble attempt at a joke, just bread and fry it. :w00t2:

I don't know where this one came from, just a note on a piece of paper.
2 lbs boneless chicken breast
1 bottle Italian dressing
1 bottle honey dijon dressing
1 bottle balsamic vinagrette
2 tsp. lemon pepper
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Marinate chicken overnight and grill.
