18-20 oz drained marinated artichoke hearts, finely chopped
2-4 cloves garlic, minced (this is a matter of taste)
1 C mayonnaise
1 C grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 t lemon juice
Preheat oven 350 degrees
Mix everything together. Bake in a glass baking dish for 40
minutes. Serve hot or warm. Triscuits, toasted bread or corn chips are real nice with this.
