In a large bowl, mix together an 8 oz. block of cream cheese (please don't us low fat) , 1/2 cup mayo 1 c. shredded cheese (mozzarella, or a
4-blend mix is good), one can of drained, chopped artichoke hearts, some
fresh garlic or garlic powder, and a few drops of hot sauce.

You can also add a pkg. of frozen (thaw & squeeze out all of water) chopped spinach.

After mixing all ingredients together, spread in a round or square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Serve with French bread, crackers, tortilla chips, or veggies.

Very easy and very good!

Thanks!
