Cranberry Glazed Ham

2 or more slices ham, at least 1" thick (center cuts are best)
2 c raw cranberries, chopped
1 c strained honey

combine cranberries and honey. Place 1 slice of ham in roasting pan and spread with cranberry mixture. Cover with second slice of ham. Bake until done

Wow. Sounds like I can make our own Honey Baked Ham!!!!! Awesome.
I got hooked on Honey Baked Ham when they had stores close to us in Columbus. I've even had a couple hams shipped to our house since we moved away from the big city. Expensive but so worth it .....at least until now. I'll be sure to try this recipe.

I'm normally not fond of cranberries but this recipe is good. Its easy too.
