BAKED ARTICHOKE SPREAD

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cans artichoke hearts, drained really well...the extra juice makes this runny.......
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese ( a little parmasen never hurt either)
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a
bowl mix
the mayonnaise, Parmesan, artichoke, mozzarella and garlic
powder. Then put the mixture into a 8x8 inch baking dish.
Bake for around
30 minutes, or until the surface is golden brown and bubbly.
Sprinkle with paprika and serve immediately. This re-heats really well.
