1 c apples, mostly peeled and chopped
1 c celery, chopped
1 c pecans or walnuts
lemon juice
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 c sugar
milk or cream
Coat apple slices lightly with lemon juice. Mix with celery and nuts.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and enough milk or cream to make a thick sauce. Toss with apple mixture.
