1/4 # groud beef browned and drained
1 large tomato
1 green pepper
1 handfull black olives cored and sliced
1 handfull sliced jalepenos (can use them out of a jar)
1 pizza dough rolled out
1/2-3/4cup pepperjack/chedder mix
1 tsp taco seasoning mix
1/4-1/2 cup taco sauce
1 tbsp water
1/8 cup Green onion diced

Take gound beef, taco seaoning and water a heat to a simmer stirring regularly.

On pizza dough and spead a light coat of taco sauce.

then add taco meat over pizza.

spread green peppers, olives, tomatos, green onion and jalepenos around to get a little bit everywhere.

Cover with cheese and bake in 450 degree oven till cheese turns golden.

Edit, all amounts are estimated for a 15 inch dough, your amounts may vary.

We make these pizzas but use a tortilla as the base. I never tried it with a regular pizza dough......on my list!

I have never thought of tortilla. Would have to lighten up on ingredients a bit because it is so thin I would think.
