1lb prawns, cleaned, shelled, deveined
1 cup jack cheese, shredded
1 can/jar salsa verde(green salsa
Chopped Garlic to taste(I start with 10-12 cloves

Place prawns, 1/2 cup cheese, salsa, and garilc in small baking dish.
Place in over at 350.
Cook till prawns are almost cooked through
remove from oven, and sprinkle remainder of cheese on top
return to oven, and finish cooking till prawns are cooked through

If available, some Mexican style cheeses are much better than plain jack.

Sounds good ....and brings up a question.
What's the deal with Verde? I tried it on an enchalada and expected it to be extra hot. It wasn't. So I'm

Salsa Verde, Green Salsa, tends to be very mild. Salsa is a "sauce", so the green sauce is just a mildy spiced green sauce based on tomatillo's. Tomatillo's are very mild.
