Here's what you'll need:

4 pounds of chicken (any combination of pieces you want)
3 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of onion powder
5 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon of Guldens Spicy Brown Mustard
1 tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar
1 cup of ketchup
1/2 cup of water

Here's what you'll need to do:

Preheat oven to 425 Degrees F.
Line a 9 x 13 baking dish with tin foil and spray the tin foil with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange the chicken pieces in a single layer in the baking dish.

In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the onion powder, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, brown mustard and balsamic vinegar. Stir well. In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup and water and add to the the saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring often until the mixture begins to thicken, about 10 minutes.

Pour over chicken. Cover with tin foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove tin foil and bake another 25 minutes.

Yum looks great!! Have you ever tried making fried chicken, then covering in BBQ sauce and baking in the oven covered with foil? Goes about 20 to 30 minutes ast 350F. I love the way the BBQ sauce soaks into the fried chicken!

God, that's so simple, Mama. Thanks for the recipe. It looks geat!

Mav, didn't you say before that you could do that with KFC?
I don't make it in to KFC often, but if I could start buying by the bucket and turn the leftover pieces into that, it would be worth me making the trip and buying a bucket. That looks great as well.
