Hamburger and Vegetable Soup

1 lb hamburger
1/2 c chopped onion
1 clove garlic, mincedd
1 tsp seasoned salt
4 cans minestrone soup
4 cans water
1 large can tomatoes
1 med can Rotel tomatoes
1 can ranch beans
2 cans potatoes
1 can corn
1/4 bell pepper, chopped
1 can green beans
1 c chopped celery

Brown hamburger, onion and garlic. Then combine all ingredients in large pot and cook until warmed throughout.

What are "ranch beans", Jim?

This sounds like an easy low carb soup, if I leave out the potatoes and corn. I'll toss in a can or two of kidney and/or cannelini beans.

They are just like regular beans, they come in a can and can be found in most grocery stores in the isle with all the beans.

They are slightly spicy, not chili spicy. I did a search on the net, looks like Conagra has bought them too.
