Potato Chip Balls
Easy all in the bowl…[*makes approx. 24 to 30 cookies]
And quick mix recipe
For delicious Can’t just
Eat one… Cookies.

1 Cup softened butter ( I use lightly salted butter )
½ Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Large Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 ½ Cups All Purpose Flour
½ Cup Chopped Walnuts ( *can use pecans )
½ Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 ½ Cups Crushed Potato Chips Pieces
(1)-Cream and whip first four ingredients well
(2)- Add remaining ingredients and mix until a dough is formed and not being dry…..
(3)-Form 1” size Balls on a lightly greased cookie sheet
( *I use a ball scooper for uniformity ), and then roll by hand…..
Leave approximately 1 inch between each cookie. They don’t flatten much
(4)-Bake at 350ºF preheated oven 18 to 22 minutes. And watching carefully till bottoms lightly brown
Tips:
Be sure potato chips are fresh, and not stale or rancid.
I used a stand mixer & paddle to mix.
