Coconut Cream Pie Woes!!!!

Last year, I made a couple Coconut Cream Pies that were to die for. I can't remember the exact ratios for the custard, but I remember that it was canned coconut milk instead of cow's milk. Apparently, I either never wrote down my recipe, or, it's on my laptop's HDD, which is currently unusable. I'll have to check the backup of that HDD that I have on a SD card and see if the recipe is there.

No help here, hopefully you can recover it, I would be interested in the use of coconut milk in it. Readily available around here.
