My youngest daughter (Bethany) gave birth to her first baby today at 1:51pm. Both mother and daugher are doing well. Both are resting this evening.

I'm going to be visiting with her most of the week. I'll check in at least once a day, but please understand help with anything will be a bit delayed for most of this week.

Congratulations Doc, I have 17 grand kids and 2 great grandkids so I sure can relate. The best part is pay back for the aggravation your kids gave you when the grand kids get a bit older. :weneedpics_smi:when you take some. :wink:

In my haste I forgot to give yall all the details ...

Her name is Kayla Mackenzie

She weighed 8 pounds 10 ounces and is 22 inches long.

Bethany is 5' 6" and 130. Blondebullfrog is 5' 10' 170 ....not big folks for sure. Kayla is the biggest baby ever in our family.
