Killer Macaroni Salad

[Carolina Cooking]

It got its name by folks eating it & with a full mouth saying "killer"..:encore:


mix the first 3

3/4c hellmenns mayo
1tsalt
1/4tbasil

8oz cooked elbow mac shells

1c diced cucumber
1c sliced celery
1/4c diced gr pepper (I use a yellow or orange one)
1/4c sliced radish
2T sliced scallions
2 tomatoes diced.

:clap: and that is where I got the recipe lol. it was years ago , plenty of years too. right from the back of the jar. I have not made it any other way.
