1 1/2 lb hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c shredded broccoli
1/2 c shredded carrots
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/4 c barley or orzo
1 garlic clove
Black pepper
1 can beef broth
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 small head cabbage, chopped
1 can V8 juice
1 can stewed tomatoes
3 c water
Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper until hamburger is done. Drain. Put in large stew pot and combine with rest of ingredients. cook until cabbage and barley are done.
