Here's a thread to post all your favorite omelette ingredients.
Here's my latest. Chorizo, potato, sauteed onion and jalapeno with cheddar.

Well jeeks if you had done your homework you would have seen MY thread on this:twak:
I like the Greek omelet with feta/tomatoes/onions
I also like a sausage/peppers Italian style
and bacon never hurts

omelette ingredients
I would have to go with shaved danish ham, genoa salami, bell peppers, garlic, tomato and provolone. Cooked up frittata style so I can get more stuff in it.

You're not alone , I've never had chorizo either.
