1 can tomato soup
1 small box lemon Jell-o
1/2 c water
3 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese
1 c chopped green pepper
1/2 c chopped pecans
1/3 c chopped onions
1 c Miracle Whip
Mix first four ingredients in saucepan and cook over low heat stirring often until melted. May need to beat with wire whip or mixer until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and mix until creamy. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with fresh vegetables or chips.
