With low-fat cream cheese, it would be ok in moderation:chef: Go light on the nuts too.
And, eat it on a small portion of light or low fat crackers. Not the whole box like I usually want to do:w00t2:
Here's another easy one:
1 jar hot salsa (any brand)
2 8 oz. pkgs of softened cream cheese
1 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese
Mix all together, spread in a serving bown and top with additional cheddar cheese. Use the Scoop nacho's and enjoy!

The only thing to watch is that "any brand" on the salsa. Some of that stuff is nasty.
I like
Ya know Jim, with the softened cream cheese and shredded cheese I can notice when she uses a hotter salsa, but I've never noticed a bad salsa. I'm sure good salsa will make it even better, but with all the ingredients it's hard to notice even bad salsa.
I honestly never pay attention to the brand she buys. :hide:

I have tried making this using some organic crap that was grown and sold locally- sounds delicious, doesn't it??? NO WAY!! IT WAS SOOOO NASTY!! Be sure to buy salsa that you have already tried!
I buy name brand salsa, like Chi-Chi's or something along those lines. Never have tried the organic stuff.
