If you see something you like, try the search feature and see if it's been posted here already. There are lots of recipes in the archives. You can also PM the original poster and request the recipe.

Sometimes people don't think their recipes are unique or interesting enough. They will usually be delighted if someone shows an interest in one of their meals.

Just post a response, telling them it looks good and you'd like the recipe.

Most of the good recipes I make I'm already 1/2 way through a bottle of Chardonnay, so I'd never remember what I put in there. ;)

ditto the not remembering :) I cook for my daughter on my day at her house when I watch her baby. Just last night she asked me what did you do to those vegetables? All I did was roast them under a whole chicken. Simple to me, but not to she and her hubby. Pretty cute. Most of my cooking is without a specific recipe.
