Just saying hello ( to old friends and new ones)

I guess Im new here, even though I see a lot of familiar faces ( or at least recognize a lot of familiar names). For those who dont know me from other forums, Im a vegetarian for the past 20 + years ( although Im not a health freak, so tofu and sprouts dont make my mouth water unless they have been fried at the chinese restaurant). Hopefully Ill learn a few things, share a few things. Havnt had too much time to browse the forum ( just found out about it late last night). Im sure Ill have more time over the weekend to browse and get to know more and more people.

Anyway, back to work or Ill get fired...

Yeah, I guess my ' dining experiences' have become interesting to read, since there is never a dull moment when we go out. My next one will be this weekend with my whole family, parents, brother , sister , kids ..... That should be a real treat!!!

But what im really anticipating is that everyone will order $30 + lobster dinners. Ill get the crappy $9.99 pasta special, and be expected to split the bill. Lets see if Im right :smile: I dont think there will be a vegetarian issue this time around, since I have plenty to eat in Italian resataurants and we have been there before, and I doubt they serve 'soy chicken'
