12 oz Cool Whip Lite
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 reduced fat graham cracker crust
1 package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
2 sliced medium bananas
1 cup nonfat milk
In a mixing bowl, beat pudding mix & milk on low for 2 mins; beat the vanilla in
Fold in 3 cups of the cool whip
Pour 1 1/3 cup of the pudding mixture into the prepared pie crust
Layer with banana slices & top this with remaining pudding mixture
Top with remaining cool whip & garnish with extra banana slices if desired
