This is from an old Better Homes and Garden Cookbook. It's really good.

1 (8oz) pack of cream cheese
1/3 c sour cream
1/3 c milk
1 tbls. mayo, or salad dressing
1/2 tsp worcestire sauce
8 oz. smoked Kielbasa (Polish sausage), finely chopped
1/2 c sliced green onions
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh vegetable dippers, assorted crackers, and/or rye bread cubes

1. In a 11/2 qt. microwave safe dish microwave cream cheese, uncovered on high about 1 min., or until soft. Stir in the sour cream, milk, mayo or salad dressing, and worcestire sauce. Add the kielbasa, half the onion, and parm cheese; stir. Cook uncovered, on high for 2 to 4 min, or till heated through, stirring once. Sprinkle with remaining onion. Serve with crackers, veggies, or rye bread. Makes 21/2 cups.
