I catch it when I can. I enjoy the heck out of it. The one where they make a giant catapult suspended between two buildings was awesome. It looked so massive but in the end it failed. Great to watch though. I keep thinking they'll run out of things to test but so far they keep coming up with them.

That has to be the best job in the world.

Then again, I may rather be doing Mike's work on Dirty Jobs. Some of the stuff he has to do - like at the pig farm or with the slime eels. Yuk!

The last time I watched that show it literally made me vomit (hey! There's no vomit smilie!!!). They were testing the myth that mixing pop rocks and soda will make your stomach explode. They got a real pig stomach (with the entrance and exit "valves" still attached) and started filling it up and that's when I had to change channels.

hehehe - pop rocks reminds me of something

I also new a guy that ran the poprock canon at General Mills ( or whomever made them in Chicago at the time) in 1979. He'd bring me bags of the pop rocks that were too big. Get one about 1/4" in size and let it pop in your mouth. It'll scare the hell outa ya.

You didn't dare put the really big ones in your mouth. Just a cup of water. I bet you could hurt yourself with one of them.

Its good but not as much fun. The personalities arent as interesting and that woman strikes me as a bit aloof. But I just watched one episode.
