stuffed chicken breast

again some previous cooks..but who doesnt like looking at food..lol

decided to try something different,got some chicken breasts already stuffed with dressing, sprayed them with cooking spray, rubbed, garlic & onion powder with some Tony C's

went away from my normal propane smoker and went with some charcoal..smoked with a combo of apple,hickory & mesquite...

next will be chicken breasts stuffed with some italian sausage.... i am so glad the missus loves chicken breast..lol

Sounds great, but this is the second time you have mentioned Tony C's, what is that?

It's a seasoning mix, if I remember right. I can't remember that the "C" stands for.
