1/2 cup soy sauce

Mix all the marinade ingredients and pour over chicken pieces in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate stirring often for several hours (best overnight). Bake chicken at 350 for one hour in a single layer basting every 10 mins. Remove chicken Scrape pan juices with all the brown bits into a frying pan. Heat and add 2 tbs wine. Stir and add chicken cook for 1 min and serve.

It has been a huge hit at parties I have taken it to, as well as the #1 requested/reviewed recipe on a forum I belonged to years ago!
I could never get tired of this recipe! :D

Hope you enjoy!

Thanks for starting my menu on New Years!

We're going to the neighbors for Christmas Eve and I'm presenting them with a brined, mesquite smoked turkey breast and serving Sass' addictive cheese puffs.

Christmas Morning:
Fresh fruit salad and stolen

Christmas dinner:
Turkey breast
Roasted Brussels sprouts
Hash brown casserole <found a low fat version but if I don't serve it MIL will whine incessantly>
Square salad <family joke, I was raised a Lutheran>
Some dessert using raspberries from my garden ~any suggestions?????
