View Full Version : Italian Tuna, Artichokes, Olives, Capers with Shells
I could have sworn that I got this recipe from NCT, but can't find it for the life of me! http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Artichokes-Capers-Olives-Lemon-Zest-and-Italian-Tuna-on-Pasta-Shells-101891
QBro made it tonight and it was lovely! He forgot the olives, and next time, I'd cut down on the lemon just a bit, but it was easy and delicious!

That looks like a great weeknight supper. Everything's fresh, and it's quick. i have all the ingredients on hand.
I love the combination of lemon and capers!

It looks lovely, Lee. QBro made it? Man, you have a great brother.

Yeah, he's not too shabby.
I like our roles, re: cooking. I find and select recipes, and I write the shopping lists. He goes shopping and executes the recipes.
The only thing wrong with it is that I can "taste" a recipe when reading it, and I tweek it to taste as I cook.
QBro follows the recipe exactly as written, most of the time, so if I forget to make written notes before he cooks, we may end up with a dish that is a tad too spicy or lemony or salty, etc.
Still, it works out quite well for both of us.
