pan fried salmon,green beans,and rice

1lb green beans(string beans)
splash of w-sauce
splash of soy sauce
olive oil (to cook in)
shake of tony's spice
lemon pepper
4 cloves garlic
fresh cracked pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

the spices for tonight

boil and blanch the green beans

i was under the weather, so dw made something that i'd eat on my deathbed: kielbasa, kraut, onions, and potatoes.

i had it with some "emeril's smooth honey" mustard, which i didn't like previously on ham, but this time it was balanced by all of the salt.
